This week he teaches us about The Dolphin as a totem.


Dolphin as Totem


The Dolphin represents Manna; the breath of life. Oxygen is the source of energy throughout life and the essential element to life on our planet. One of the reasons that the dinosaurs grew to enormous sizes is that in prehistoric time is that the air was much purer with a higher oxygen content. Breathing is very important to meditation, prayer, or just feeling the best you can.


If the dolphin has swam into your life as a totem, the dolphin is asking you to pay attention to the patterns and rhythms in your life; do they give energy or do they deplete energy, rather than enhance ones goals in life; it detracts from the process. In health, meditation, and any exertion of energy, breathing correctly is the key procedure.


As far as breathing exercises; any exercises as in yoga, and other breathing oriented endeavors; a doctors consultation is primary; so as to be aware of any benefits or incorrect information. Manna as in the breath of life, is the life force present in all life; all life; encompassing many aspects of life including higher power, god, or great spirit. A breath of fresh air should never be taken for granted.


On a more personal level, the dolphin sometimes means that the great barrier in you goal weather is a certain diet, workout routine or achieving restful dream time or a certain goal in any sense, is the approach or as simple as the way one breaths. Many approaches and possible results have been well studied and documented and are accessible.
