Most people have probably heard about past livest, but few know about parallel lives. I hadn’t either until I started doing workshops in 1994 with Dr. Verna Yater. She explained that the soul can animate more than one physical body, and that many people had parallel lives during WWII because they had to do a lot of spiritual work in a very short period of time, in order to be ready for the times we are in now and in the times to come. I didn’t know it then but apparently I was one of them.
As the workshops progressed I found out that I had had three parallel lives during WWII. In the first, I was a 12 year old Jewish boy who was sent to one of the concentration camps and survived. I found out later that I had a brother with me there and I helped him survive also. We were eventually liberated by the Americans, and later on I lived in France. I think I played the piano for a while. At the end I ran out into the street for some reason and was hit by a car.
In my second parallel life during WWII I was a Gestapo agent. That was not a life to be proud of, for sure. I did a lot of horrible things. I was very much like the stereotype image of the Gestapo agents that are portrayed in the movies. It was nerve wracking to say the least. I was a chain smoker in that life and I think I served under Himmler. Eventually I just said “I can’t do this anymore” and I was shot for treason by one of my co-workers.
In my third parallel life I was an SS officer in the German Army. Apparently I made it through officer school but I wasn’t the brightest in my class by far. I think I lacked initiative so I didn’t get very good assignments later. I became second in command at a POW camp in Poland later on in the war. I don’t think there was anything spectacular about that life. Like everyone else, I just followed orders and hoped to survive the war. At the end of the war the Russians advanced on our camp on their way to Germany. They hated us so much they just shot us and didn’t give us time to surrender.
People wonder how it was that I could be both a Gestapo Agent and a Jewish boy in a concentration camp at the same time. I was told that I had to go through both extremes in order to achieve balance. It sounds contradictory I know, but then again there is a different kind of logic operating at the soul level.
I’ve pretty much processed these past lives, but I found out yesterday that in my present life I also have a parallel life going on. This came up as the answer to a question. Years ago I learned that if you ask yourself a question you will always get an answer. The trick is to ask the right question. By now you are wondering what I’m talking about.
In my case I asked what keeps or prevents me from doing photography. In my present life I spent 4 years in college getting a degree in it, spent several years after that working in a photo lab, another year working for a couple of photographers, and then spent 5 years in the Army as a photographer. But I never tried to make it on my own as a photographer and I keep going back and forth about it. I just can’t seem to bring myself to do it.
The answer I got to my question was an image of a firefighter in a yellow uniform with a yellow helmet. I asked Kat, one of Foretell’s psychics, whether the image was symbolic, from a past life, or from a parallel life. She said it was from a parallel life. It felt like this firefighter lived in the Northwest, possibly Washington state. Kat said he lived in a town in the mountains. This was interesting because I had a girlfriend in Seattle back in 1995 who saw me as a firefighter, but at the time I thought her vision was symbolic.
I asked Kat how this parallel life related to my question about doing photography. Kat said this firefighter was constantly dealing with life or death situations and he just didn’t have the time or energy for it. That makes sense to me, but it’s hard for me to understand how all that can bleed through into my life and affect me so strongly as well. Unfortunately, there are still a lot of things I don’t understand and for now this is one of them. Your mileage may vary.
